SHIPPING DISCOUNTS/REBATES: When adding store items and live items (auctions & B.I.N.'s) it is advisable to have us look over your invoice by requesting a combined invoice. We may be able to find more discounts for you. All items as is are priced for individual sale. Discounts vary per item based on weight, cost, quantity and type of listing. Clearance Items / Loss Leaders are not eligible for further discounts. MANY AUCTIONS ARE LOSS LEADERS for us. Please consider adding items from our store to your order otherwise we cannot continue to provide great prices. Combined invoices with discounts are valid for 5 days.
ALL NON-STORE LISTINGS TO COMBINE: You are receiving the lowest ship price possible. The scripts for all non-store items have been synced with eBay/USPS real-time carrier rates shipping calculators and combine correctly - most of the time. The actual combined weight is calculated on-the-fly. All shipping discounts are applied but, no longer shown as a negative number in those cases. We do not use boxes unless necessary to keep your ship costs and footprint to a minimum. We do not use priority boxes, we purchase our own as USPS sizes are not compatible with our product sizes and the rates are high considering the package sizes.
COMBINED INVOICES: Multiple items purchased by single bidders, will not be invoiced together unless requested.PLEASE request a combined invoice by proceeding through eBay checkout. To save you the most possible, we pack and weigh your multi-item packages to arrive at best method and price. Combined invoice requests are processed in the order received from 9am Mon. - 3pm Fri.. If your combined invoice request came in over the weekend you will receive your combined invoice on Monday (it may take until Tues. during peak weekends). Some items cannot be combined due to size / weight, while others may ship together regardless of eligibility for discounts.
QUOTES: Feel free to contact us for quotes on multiple item purchases; however, quotes may take up to 72 hours as they are processed after actual orders and we pack and weigh your multi-item packages to arrive at best method and price for a quote.
FEES: Handling charges are sometimes added to orders to help defray costs such as: labor, packaging materials, transportation to carrier and carrier loss.
UNCONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESSES: We cannot ship to unconfirmed addresses. Confirm your addresses before ordering.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST BE UPDATED BEFORE PAYMENT: We cannot change your ship addresses for you. We will only ship to your confirmed address.
BUY INSURANCE: Items are lost and stolen OFTEN lost and stolen from WITHIN USPS carrier routes. We cannot help you if you do not purchase insurance. Insurance DOES NOT combine well on multi-item invoices, please ask us to adjust the insurance before making payment.

HANDLING PROCESS / "SHIPPING SPEEDS": Regular U.S.P.S. orders are processed 5 days per week. Packaged orders are: 1.) Labeled and set in USPS OUTGOING (the business day your receive shipping notice); 2.) Picked up at our retail location by postal route carrier (same or next business day); 3.) Sorted at local postal retail branch office 1-2 business days after labeling; 4.) Sorted and scanned at regional sorting facility (usually Sprinfield, MA); 5.a.) Traveling further west than Miss. River travel via air to YOUR local regional sort (arriving in 1-2 business days); 5.b.) Remaing east of Miss. River are routed by truck to the largest regional sorting facility near your location (taking 1-6 business days); 6.) Sorted by your local postal branch (1-2 business days after regional sort); 7.) Sorted by your local retail postal branch (1 business day); 8.) Delivered to you by your carrier (or picked up by you in remote areasa). Shipping notification will be sent when your item is packaged, not when it is actually scanned first into the regional sort (which happens any number of days beyond pick-up).

RETURNED PACKAGES: Packages returned as 'UNDELIVERABLE' or 'ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN' cannot be refunded as goods that end up being shipped back to us come in very tattered. Packaging is designed to go through the mail once. If we can contact you and you want your item reshipped to you: additional postage will need to be collected to re-send your item.
Merchandise will only be accepted for return with prior authorization. When regarding errors or defects reported within 3 days: we will replace, repair, credit or refund - at our discretion. When regarding unused/unopened items: return shipping is paid by customer; refunds are credited minus S/H; transaction fees and a 20% re-stock fee apply. Sorry guys, but the following items are ineligible for return: copyrighted media, incense, vitamins, personal care items and purchases valued less than $30.00.
BANNED DELIVERY COUNTRIES: Italy, Spain & Brazil. Unless you have a existing account with us, we may choose NOT TO process your order - at our discretion. If your order is rejected, your funds will be returned. PLEASE ASK IF YOU MAY ORDER BEFORE PROCEEDING.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE LIMITS: $30.00 USD, unless customers have 1 year purchase history. Global Express ship services required for orders over $30.00. Be sure items ordered are allowed into your country, we are not responsible for this information.

HANDLING / "SHIPPING SPEEDS": International Deliveries are processed 1-2 times per week. Item may post 1-5 days after shipping notification is received. Shipping notification will be sent when your item is packaged, not when it is actually posted, and advanced to OUT-GOING INTNL ORDERS for hand delivery to local branch.
USPS DELIVERY SPEED: PLAN AHEAD and be prepared for typically VERY SLOW customs process going out of US & into your country, please allow up to 30-60 days -or more- for receipt. REMEMBER this is NOT what eBay "SHIP SPEED" star rating refers to since we ARE NOT affiliated with your chosen carrier and have nothing to do with the delivery process. They are referring to how fast we POST your items compared to what we promise in the listing (refer to: HANDLING / "SHIPPING SPEEDS" above).
INTNL RETURNS: Sorry Guys, we CANNOT accept international returns under any circumstances. None! Nada! Zip!
LOSS, CUSTOMS DENIALS & SEIZURES: We cannot be held liable for loss, denials or seizures. If you charge back for: slow, lost or seized deliveries we will: 1.) block your user ID from future purchasing; 2.) be REALLY MAD AT YOU.
