Q: I do not live in the U.S. and it has been 9 days since I placed the order, where are my products?
A: Your items are in transit or with the Customs Department of your country. Please be patient and you will receive your items soon. We are not responsible for how third parties behave. From our end, your products were shipped timely. Please track your package.
Q: I do not live in the U.S. Do I have to pay customs duty?
