The 'Ezebreather' is to be inserted inside the nasal openings in the area of low sensitivity for maximum effectiveness and comfort.  The rounded top is comfortable and fits snugly in your nose.
 
 They have one large hole for maximum air flow through the nose and are made of a soft comfortable MEDICAL GRADE plastic.  There is no rubber, latex or metal. 

The two cups are connected by a small strip that aids in inserting and removing from the inside of your nose.  Barely visible if you need to wear them during the day to aid in breathing.  The strip also prevents you from going too far up into your nose and damaging your passages.  They go up to the optimum point of pressure.
