This is my personal timeshare.
I bought and used it for over ten years to see the Daytona 500.
Don't be fooled, you need both weeks 6 and 7 to cover calendar changes
year to year and give you the best shot at seeing the race.
The location is perfect. Check it out on Google Maps. You'll
be right in the middle of Daytona Beach, a short walk to most
attractions and about 30 seconds from the surf. In addition, the
condition of the facility has never been better, having just been
completely renovated.
If you're into NASCAR this is a great and cost
effective way to be part of Race Week every year.
Information about the Beach Club:
At Catalina Beach Club, you can
swim in the heated outdoor pool, work out in the gym, or enjoy the
waters of the Atlantic Ocean in your oceanfront unit. A children's pool
is also on site. Within a short drive, you will find facilities for
biking, horseback riding, hiking, jogging, golfing, scuba diving, and
playing tennis. Less than a mile away are many fine restaurants and
nightclubs. Be sure to save a day or two to visit the Disney theme parks and the Kennedy Space Center, each about an hour
away.
Transaction Process::
Enjoy a risk-free transaction. The entire closing process will be managed by an independent 3rd party,
Timeshare Closing Services, Inc. (TCS), a licensed,
bonded, and fully insured Escrow & Title company located
in Orlando, Florida. All funds
will be held by TCS in escrow until title has been fully transferred,
offering you 100% protection of title and your funds.
At auctions end you will receive an email requesting the following
information: name(s), address, daytime phone, email address, and payment
method for preparation of contract. To expedite the opening of escrow,
please provide this information to me at your earliest convenience. Upon
receipt of this required information, you will receive a contract for
resale via email within one business day. If you do not receive this
contract, please email immediately.
Full payment is due within five business days of auction's end.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed:
I am the
owner of this timeshare and GUARANTEE a clear and marketable title.
If for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your
purchase due to a representation error or encumbrance on the title, you
may return the real property in exchange for a full purchase price
refund.
Payment + Closing Costs:
At the end of auction you will be
responsible for:
Total Due from Buyer = Final Bid Price + $399 (Closing Costs)
(Closing costs are $399, which include Escrow, deed
preparation, recording fees, Title Search & Title Policy and resort
notification of transfer of ownership. )
Full payment must be made to Timeshare Closing Services, Inc.
Payment may be made using PAYPAL (paypal@tcsebay.com), Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American
Express, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Personal Check.
Please note Annual Fees + Maintenance:
Annual maintenance costs are $577.00 per week/per year. In
addition, temporary hurricane reconstruction fees of
$514.00 per week are due annually through 2010.
