This is a very beautiful rendition of a Native American Angel watching over two Native American children in their canoe. The canoe has a large eagle's head on the front of it. The children are in beautiful Native outfits - breast plates, fringed skirts, him sporting a mohawk and her in braids. There is a pot on the floor of the canoe w/ a feather attached to it. The water current is visible under the boat & has been done a turquoise blue. The canoe is woven bark-look. The angel stands above them with her wings half spread wearing a flowing brown or tan dress embellished w/ turquoise colored feather tufts and some white feathers. She has fringe around the neck and hem of the dress. Her hair is simply in pony tails close to her head and flowing. There is s black & red feather in her hair and she is holding 2 red/ green/ & yellow feathers in her hand. She is wearing a set of silver-tone bangle bracelets, silver-tone earrings, and a choker and is standing on a rock. All of this figure is done in a polyresin, except for the mahogany colored round wood base that this sets on. It is very very detailed and anyone would proud to have her on their mantle or table, decorating any room of the house.
The angel standing on her rock, including the rock, stands about 10½" high x 6" wide x 4" deep. The canoe and children on the water measures about 3¾" high x 5¾" wide x 2" deep. The total height of the figure, including the wood base is 11". The base measures 6½" in diameter x ½" high and has 4 sponge-like disks on the bottom to protect the surface you set it on & to keep it from sliding. The stand has one groove that I can see on it (no paint is missing from this groove), but it is coverd when the figure is placed on it. Then there is a small place around the top outer edge that the paint has chipped of, but it could be placed towards the wall & never seen, or could be touched up with the right color nail polish or paint. That place measures 1/2" long x not even 1/8" wide.
This weighs just about 2½ pounds, before packaging for shipping, but due to weight of packaging to protect it & the fact that the USPS rounds weight up to the next whole number, this will most likely ship at the 4-5 weight class, but please wait for the invoice BEFORE you pay for it, since it may in fact weigh less and ship cheaper. This will NOT cost you more than it calculates in the listing, but may be the same or less, so please wait for your invoice before paying since it may cost less to ship it.
I combine shipping for multiple purchases and/or auctions, so in order to save some S&H costs, check out my other items - listed either as an AUCTION or as a BUY IT NOW or MAKE AN OFFER - in my eBay store called Not What's Gifts and More. I also have home & garden decor, other antiques & collectibles, gifts, clothing, Native American style & Western style decor, NASCAR, etc. Combined S&H is based on weight of all items, size of package, delivery zone, actual postage, plus Delivery Confirmation fee, plus a small per item fee based on the final cost of each item to defray the cost of listing & payment processing. This will all already be included in the calculated S&H on your invoice. It will be less than shipping each item individually, but more than the cost of the heaviest or largest item. Each individual item's S&H will NEVER be higher than it calculates, unless you ask it to be shipped to another zone that isn't in the one calculated, or unless you add more items that take the weight into another class.
