Weight: Weight: 1 lb. .4 oz. (including the one ounce inner cone) and will yield 1050 yards per lb. (about 1010 yards on this cone)

Wow! This is such a fun yarn. Don't be fooled by the above photo... true, it isn't very colorful, but what are those funny looking threads? They look like wild frizz! If you're a dyer who uses fiber reactive dyes, this yarn is going to ring your chimes. It has 12 plies that are softly twisted with filaments of the same fiber randomly flying free along the strand. It is silky and lustrous (but not slippery), and has nice drape. Approximately 20 closely-spaced wraps per inch. Worsted weight for knitters, and about 12-15 ends per inch (epi) for weavers. This is a new, top quality yarn from a contaminant-free environment.
