We insure your watch  if it arrives damaged due to USPS mishandling of your package, you may return it and we'll refund the total purchase price. 

WHAT YOU DO:  You must notify us immediately by email and send the entire package back to us. Sending just a damaged watch is not sufficient proof of postal mishandling. If your package is lost and does not get delivered to you, we will refund your total purchase price. Refunds for lost packages will be honored only if USPS Delivery Confirmation indicates that the package was not delivered 10 days after it was shipped. This insurance service is being offered to you directly by  TOUCH – A – CLASS , we will protect your merchandize and give you peace of mind. If you purchase more than one watch and elect to buy insurance, you must pay $3.00 for each item. Insurance is ONLY honored within the United States.
