International Buyers and residents of Alaska and Hawaii: Certain items can be shipped internationally and outside of the continental United Sates. We accept international payments made through Paypal, Credit Cards (through Paypal). All of our products ship within 3-5 days after receiving payment unless otherwise noted. Custom made items typically ship within 4 weeks from time payment is received.

Please note that shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Allow 10-12 business days for delivery after your payment is received. 5 weeks for custom orders. On a rare occasion unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping time to be extended beyond normal shipping time. We will notify you ASAP if such a delay occurs.

Note that custom orders lead time and shipping are stated in their particular auctions. You can find any items shipping and handling rate by viewing the information under shipping terms on that item's auction or store listing.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit once they leave our manufacturer's facility. We ship via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex ground, at our discretion. Therefore you must provide a CONFIRMED street address for shipping. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico please contact us regarding shipping before you purchase.

If you bid on any of our auctions, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

The successful bidder/buyer must complete the sale transaction within 5 working days from the auctions end unless the auction states that immediate payment is required.

All pictures displayed in our auctions are for illustration purposes only. All descriptions are provided in the best of our knowledge. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.

We reserve the right to cancel/end the auction early.

All sales are final unless a return policy is stated in the particular listing.  Custom made to order items are non-returnable.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please make sure the address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT and a CONFIRMED address as we only ship to Confirmed addresses. This is for your protection as well as ours.  We are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes. We cannot ship any items unless you supply us with a contact phone number for the shipping courier.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday exluding holidays. Bright Trends is at no time responsible for the items once they are shipped and in possession of the shipping company. In most cases you will receive you items quickly, but please allow up to 10 business days for your item to arrive. If there is any delay in the shipment of your item(s) you will be notified promptly.

Note - some items as stated in the listing can take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver as they are custom made to order. We will do everything we can to ensure the delivery of your item is prompt and in excellent condition.
