This is magnificent huge sterling silver pendant made by a Navajo artist from Navajo Reservation. 

Size is 7/8" across mid section.  Height including bale is 1-1/2".  Bale opening is 1/4".

Has 12k goldfill image of horse head.

Stamped RJ on back, Roger Johnson
