We use a private insurance company.  The US Post Office takes up to 45 days to pay a claim.  The insurance company we use takes only 14-21 days depending on the circumstances.

 For shipping outside the U.S. We use U.S. Postal Express, Priority and first class. Only Express has tracking and insurance. If you use priority or first class there is 

NO refunds if not delivered, please email for costs.

All payments must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. If you want to combine shipping on more items please let us know and we can wait an additional 7 days. Returns

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY! . Returns are available within 25 days of the items PURCHASE date.

It is to your advantage to pay as quickly as possible.  All items MUST be in their original condition, not worn or altered. In order to receive a Refund on your return the Item number must be included.

 Email us through EBAY for return instructions.

We do not reimburse shipping charges.

We do our best to get a true representation of our stones. Sometimes because of enlarging of the photo there are possible slight variations in shadows and colors.

The Old Jewelry Box

I have been around Jewelry all my life.  My father had a store called The Time Box.  As a child I used to watch my Dad and Mom as they fixed watches and jewelry.  I didn't know then that I would end up following in their footsteps.  My older brother has had a great influence on me too.   For the last 20 years I have worked with him in a successful jewelry repair business.  I like to see people enjoy the pieces of jewelry that I have made.  Some of the pieces that I will sell will be my own productions and some will not.  I look to find real value and then share that with others.  I hope that those who buy my items will enjoy their value for years.
