We try to be as accurate as possible with photos but do not always have a picture of individual sizes - body lotions - shower gels - gift sets, etc. - So we may have shown a generic picture to indicate the product fragrance line. The product you receive will be AS DESCRIBED with the following exception:

• The bottle size you received is different from what is advertised.
• The reason for this difference is due to the conversion from Metric measurements to Imperial measurements. Differences on how bottle sizes are displayed between geographical locations as well as differences between fragrance manufacturers results in these small differences (less than or equal to .1 oz) to represent the same size when converted to and from the metric size equivalent.
• For example - products advertised as 3.4 oz may be displayed on the actual product as 3.3 oz. Both 3.3 oz and 3.4 oz sizes are used interchangeably to represent 100 ml.
• Here is a conversion of the most popular industry standard sizes.
• 1.6/1.7 oz = 50 ml
• 2.5/2.6 oz = 75 ml
• 3.3/3.4 oz = 100 ml
• 5.0/5.1 oz = 150 ml
• 6.6/6.7 oz = 200 ml
• Vials & Samples:
• The size stated represents the container, not necessarily the volume since fill levels vary with vials & samples -- they are never full -- this is how they are manufactured.  They are always brand new - never used - never opened.
  
• Stock photos depicting the fragrance product line may also be shown for *Testers & *UN-Boxed items. Unless the item clearly states *Tester or *UN-Boxed in the description or details -- then the product you receive will be the exact same retail product you would buy in a department store -- only, with most items -- much cheaper.

SHIPPING Info & Transit Times:

EMPORIUM BUYS is committed to shipping your order within 48 business hours! This is the amount of time it takes EMPORIUM BUYS to process, carefully pack and prepare your order for shipping. Customer service is priority number one at EMPORIUM BUYS and we know "quick shipping" is important to you!

• RULES & Info:
• Business hours are defined as Monday thru Friday (7am - 3pm EST). If you place an order on Friday after 3pm EST, Saturday or Sunday our goal is to have your order shipped by close of business on Tuesday. (Standard holidays do not count as business hours/days).
• We do daily inventory updates to help assure you that the item is in stock, but due to the number of retailers and etailers purchasing from our distributor catalogue, there may be times an item becomes out of stock. To date: this has happened once. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email within 48 hours for further directives from you. You can choose to have the item refunded in full immediately or apply the $$$ toward another item that we will discount (up to the value of purchase) an additional 5%.
• Fragrance items are sent via Standard Ground method. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking number as soon as it becomes available. You should expect to receive your order in 5-10 business days depending on location; 2-4 business days for expedited service. This does not apply to products that the listing specifically declares different shipping times. 
• We ship fragrance items to the United States only including Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii.  If price ends in .95 or .98 -- there is no surcharge. Yes, we can ship to PO boxes.
  
• INSURANCE:
• WE guarantee safe delivery of your item. If damaged or not delivered by either USPS, FedEx or UPS, we replace the order -- see return terms below. We use the carrier that will deliver your item the quickest.  FedEx and UPS packages are automatically insured by the carrier for up to $100, so why would we suggest you purchase separate insurance for service that is already included in the shipping cost?  We don't -- we don't profit on shipping fees & services. Many sellers encourage the additional purchase of insurance or they won't stand behind loss/damage, even though most don't pay it. It's just not right!
  
• SHIPPING DISCOUNT:
• Absolutely ... we discount shipping for multi-item fragrance purchases that ship together from the same location. To determine this:
• All fragrance items ending in .99 have the same ship from location -- same applies to .98 and .95
• If the items have the same "ship from" distribution point, we can discount.
• Please contact us in advance to set up ONE listing for you and apply the discount or make your additional purchase within one hour. Inventory changes on a daily basis, so we cannot HOLD a sale to ship with a future sale.
• Once an order is entered into the order system (whether it has shipped or not), it cannot be modified in anyway. Depending on our work load, your order may be placed in as little time as one hour. Again, if you have a multi-item purchase -- please let us know in advance or make your additional purchase within an hour.

• PayPal does not combine payment for our items as we use Buy It Now. If a shipping discount can be applied to your order as stated above, we will refund the difference.
• If you purchase a fragrance item with FREE shipping, and a 2nd item that does not offer free shipping, but ships from the same location (to be included in the same order as outlined above) -- That item will ship at the 2nd item discount rate.
• The more you buy -- the more you $ave -- shipping is capped at $12.95

RETURNS:

• You can shop with confidence knowing EMPORIUM BUYS has a 7 day return policy on sealed fragrances.
• We want you to be satisfied w/your purchase whether we made a mistake or you did. If we made a mistake - you will be REFUNDED IN FULL (including shipping) - once we receive the item back within 7 business days. RMA is required! You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt using eBay contact seller form. Item must be unopened/unaltered. For health reasons - ALL skin/hair care products and opened fragrances are non-refundable - non-returnable. If you purchased in error, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price - less shipping.  There is no restock fee, however -- return shipping is at your expense using a traceable shipping method only (see below).
• Call customer care at 1-817-444-7919 to initiate your return and obtain an RMA number.
• Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
• Please package your unopened item back into its original shipping container with packing material. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number (must be obtained by contacting us within 24 hours of receipt). Your PayPal account will be credited with a full refund of the purchase price - less shipping, when we receive the returned merchandise. Return shipping is at your expense, using a tracking carrier of your choice. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 7 business days of receipt.
• All sales are final on all skin/hair care products and open fragrances -- no exceptions!
• If you believe a product was shipped in error, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact me within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
