The big kitchen with two sinks-one deep enough for cleaning produce or laundry or washing hair or bathing babies. Other a double that could have a garbage disposal installed. The big island-large enough for cutting clothing patterns, to doing big craft projects or laying out a buffet for 45 people.
Counter space to die for, beautiful cabinets, and a pantry that will hold all anyone would want in a kitchen. The excellent appliances, nearly new, electronic gas oven, gas glass stovetop with hood and dishwasher.
The large laundry room with lots of storage shelves and a built-in ironing board, and room for a rocking chair and sewing machine. The patio door into laundry room. Light and bright.
The large living room with beautiful fireplace and enough room to lounge with all the family or entertain club meetings. The Large windows for lots of daylight! Heat-a-lator fireplace-may install gas easily.
The front entryway with room on one end for dining area and the other for sunlit sitting.
The big bath with extra storage over the basement stairway.
The basement with plenty of room for storage besides having the furnace and water heater out of the way.

Grows a great garden and beautiful flowers. Lawn and trees are like a park in summer and the wonderful spruce trees make a perfect windbreak in the winter and shade in the summer. (That's why lower limbs are left on them.)
Lots of songbirds and quail visit. The quail stay the winter with a little encouragement (read feed). They like the bushes and trees.
Close by school. We never had to chauffeur our kids. In addition, a good school, too.
Post office, two blocks. Store, three blocks. Bike or walk country roads.
Twelve miles to town businesses, medical facilities, and Eastern Oregon University.
