Cash or high bid buyer? No additional costs or fees except a recording fee of $199. We will prepare all paperwork, pay all fees to the county and have the deed recorded in your name.

Upon completion of this auction, the winning bidder will receive an e-mail outlining closing instructions.

After the Auction if you are the Winning Bidder:

1. At the close of the auction the winning bidder will be sent an email outlining closing instructions. The email will contain links to pay for the auction via check or credit card. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including American Express.

2. We expect the winning bidder to pay within three (3) business days of the auction close date.

After the Winning Bidder has Paid:

The winning bidder will receive a package from us via 2 Day Priority Mail. This package will contain your Warranty Deed for your review and approval, plat maps, pictures, and related material specific to the property acquired. The package will contain complete instructions along with the county phone number and address. We will send your deed to the County to be recorded. We will pay all fees associated with the transfer to the County. The County will then send you your original recorded deed for your files. The entire process from payment usually takes two weeks.
