• Payment Options: Payment is required using PayPal per their policy and mandate. We know PayPal is safe, but hope other options will be available soon, but any item purchased can be shipped immediately upon payment confirmation, plus when shipping to your certified address, both seller and buyer are protected by EBay and PayPal policies for domestic shipping, but rules and policies are different for international shipping, so please make sure you fully understand all of the policies that may affect you, but also understand that any loss incurred on Ebay, has a $25 deductible, so the sm.   Shipping: Shipping is via USPS, FEDEX OR UPS only unless previous arrangements were made prior to bidding or the completion of sale. We normally do not ship to APOs, FPOs  unless the buyer agrees to taking all risk associated with this method of shipping, as a higher risk is inherent, and it is treated as International mail or parcel as well. I will need a street address for ALL orders. UPS ground rates will be provided, and shipping expenses will be shown. Express rates available upon request. Buyers from AK, GU, PR and HI must e-mail for shipping rates. If a tracking number is desired e-mail us no earlier than 24 hours after payment on a weekday. Special services can be provided if proper time is provided and buyer stipulates to the extra costs, which can be expensive, depending upon many criteria’s, which will be handled on a case by case basis.

• International Shipments: Shipping cost or estimates will be provided in the listing near the bottom half. Refer to the flat rate shipping estimates that should be provided at all times, but in the event of a listing error, we reserve the right to make any correction by notifying buyer. I reserve the right to charge actual shipping rates in the event that the flat rate does not cover shipping costs. Import tax may apply on international orders and you will be held responsible for those costs. I will not be responsible for import tax on orders under any circumstances. UPS,FEDEX, OR USPS will be able to provide more information about your area. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• ATTENTION!!! We will not ship to some countries due to poor service, excessive theft losses as well as various other reasons, but mainly due to higher than average losses of parcel , some of which include the countries of: India, Brazil, most of South America, Italy, Turkey, Indonesia, Nigeria and most countries in Africa, Bulgaria and most Eastern block countries, Malaysia, Russia or Hungary as well as some other countries, so please ask if you are unsure if we ship to your destination prior to any bidding. If you purchase from one of the aforementioned countries your bid will be automatically cancelled. If you make arrangements with me prior to bidding, and accept any and all risk associated with any sale, and in the event an item does not arrive, due to loss, stolen, damaged etc….you agree not to provide negative feedback in regards to the order. Keep in mind, that in the event, I do provide service to you, I ship to your location or destination, using any and all address information you have provided me, and I will provide proof of shipping the item. These things do not happen often, but they do occur, despite our best efforts.
• Returns: I can and will accept returns, but normally only when the item arrives not as described in the listing, but will consider returns upon making contact, as we all can and do make mistakes now and then, so I will be willing to work with you, to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Buyer is entitled to refund or replacement once we have the item back in our possession, and we will work as efficiently as possible, but the shipping companies normally does take some time to process any and all claims, but we may be able to arrange something in the meantime while the claim is processed.
