Payment Info
Send payment within 5 calendar days. 8.35% New York State sales tax will be applied for store pickups, and NY State purchases. All payments for store pickups must be made in full prior to pickup, all pickups must be made within 7 days from the day that you made the purchase. We also accept credit cards over the phone (Master Card, Visa or American Express). All checks or money orders made out to "A. Plus Restaurant Equipment". If payment is not made within 5 calendar days and you do not notify us, we will file an unpaid item dispute which may result in suspension of your account.
Shipping Info
1-Provide your phone number for us and UPS.
2-Let us know if you are a business or residence (home).
3-We ship when you pay. Keep in mind weekends, holidays and transit time. We cannot release any unit until your payment has been cleared.
4-Inspect your merchandise for damage before signing OK.

Warranty and Return Policy
In the event a customer wishes to dispute the description of an item may do so within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns will be accepted & within reasonable limits provide a remedy, in some cases accept the item back and return payment. Please note: Due to specific freight policies, we will not accept a return on an item resulting from damage occurring while in transit. Also note: We are not responsible for refunding the payment for shipping and handling to and from our facility (both ways).
