Vinyl records & CD's are graded by:
MINT (Disc looks brand new, no noticeable marks or scuffs, or scratches, has not been handled)
NEAR MINT (almost new)
EXCELLENT (lightly used)
VERY GOOD++ (used but cared for)
VERY GOOD+ (surface scuffs but plays fine)
Some of my CDs are marked with a holepunch through the barcode, a slit through the jewelcase cover or a pen mark or other small marking, stamped letters, or sticker on the package itself. These marks do not affect play in any way !!
ALSO, I do not grade the jewel cases, most jewel cases have scuffs, I ONLY grade the DISCS.
ALL CD's ARE SHIPPED IN JEWEL CASES, even if they were supplied originally with bad cardboard sleeves or plastic sleeves. |
