After a winning bid:
You will receive email confirmation of your bid with payment instructions moments after a winning bid or buy it now. Check your email or go ahead with payment through paypal.   Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close to avoid reminders and non paying bidder alerts.

Money Order and Checks are also accepted. Items paid for by check will be held for up to 10 days to allow notice of any bad check to be received.

Shipping and Delivery Schedule:
Most Items ship by UPS Ground within 0-2 business days after your payment has been received and processed at our location.     Payments received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.  Payments received after 2pm EST Sunday through Thursday are also processed the next business day.  Items paid by check can take longer.  Buyer will be contacted If there should be a delay of 7 days or more before shipping the item. 

We do always provide tracking information after shipment. You will receive email confirmation of shipment with tracking number soon after it ships.

Shipping time-in-transit to most locations is 1 to 5 business days.  Please be aware that 3-day weekends and other holidays can extend time before shipping or extend the actual time in transit.  (holidays and weekends are not business days)

Postal delivery is not available. Delivery by International or domestic mail service is not available.  Postal Delivery to APO addresses or to AK or HI is not available. 

Item Availability:
All items are in stock at the time of listing.  In the RARE instance that this item is not available after payment is received, you will be immediately notified  and offered a full refund. You will then have the option to wait for arrival, or we will promptly refund your full payment.

Positive Feedback will be recorded for all completed transactions and is expected in return. Please contact us directly by email if for any reason you are dis-satisfied after receiving your delivery.

Shipping Specifics:
  Cost:
We do not overcharge on Shipping!  Enter your zip code or postal code into the shipping calculator at top or at the bottom of the this page to determine the shipping cost to your location. The cost stated by the shipping calculator is the actual, most current UPS rate plus a small to very small handling fee for some items. 
- Shipping rates are always increasing.  The shipping cost can be expensive without over-charges by the seller, especially for large or oversized parcels or for any item sent a long distance.  Delivery to AK, HI or remote areas of Canada is costly and Canadians can expect to pay an additional brokerage fee at time of delivery.  This Canadian brokerage fee goes to the agent of UPS and does not benefit us, the seller, in any way.  We are not able to call your delivery to Canada a gift to avoid brokerage or customs fees.

  Dimensional Weight:
For bulky or oversize-in-one-direction parcels, dimensional weight or a surcharge applies and additional charges are billed to the seller by the shipping company. All of these costs, if applicable, are already included in your shipping cost as stated by the shipping calculator.

  Combined Shipping of Multiple Items:
- We will combine items together for shipping and offer you the cost savings when possible.  However, it is not always possible to combine shipping and achieve a cost savings from UPS, especially when shipping large boxes.  Because of this, unless otherwise stated there is no discount for combined shipping.
- For multiple quantity of the same item, in our fixed price item listings - the shipping cost stated for one applies to each additional, regardless of the stated shipping calculator cost for a quantity greater than one
- Some items without a combined shipping discount may actually ship together, but due to the oversize parcel charges no discount is realized or available to refund.  Just because there is not a discount does not mean that they may not ship together

  Packaging:
Some items do ship safely and securely in the manufacturer's own box, which may clearly indicate the contents.

Return Policy :
- We stand behind all items offered.  Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery and notify us of any damaged or defective items within seven (7) days.   All return requests beyond the first seven (7) days after the delivery date will be denied.  Contact manufacturer to enact any available warranty after 7 days.   

- In the unlikely even that your item is damaged in transit, no worries, all items are insured for shipping damage. Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and a damage claim will be placed with UPS.  Keep the original shipping carton - the item may be picked up for inspection by UPS, at no cost to buyer.  Damaged items must be returned in the original shipping carton or the claim will be denied.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for resolution of a damage claim.

- If your item arrives defective, please contact us by email within seven (7) days to notify that you are going to return it for refund or replacement.

- Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for a replacement of the same item, but must be returned before the replacement can ship.

- All shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Because we are not responsible for damaged-in-transit or defective merchandise We DO NOT pay for return shipping of damaged-in-transit or defective merchandise.  We do however ship the replacement item back to you at our expense, thus splitting the overall shipping costs with you.
