1. Where are your memory foam mattresses made?

All of our mattresses are made here in the USA. Every material in our mattress including the cover is made in the USA. We have two main manufacturering centers in the USA that allow us to assemble and deliver your mattress quickly.

2. This mattress has more than one layer , do I have to assemble anything?

Your mattress arrives at your home ready to sleep on. All of the layers in our mattresses are bonded together so they do not come apart. Your cover will also be on the mattress already. In some cases the cover may be in a retail box and you will have to put it on yourself.

3. What do I need underneath this type of mattress?

Memory foam mattresses need a firm supportive surface. Some of our auctions include steel foundations to place underneath the mattress. A steel foundation look just like a box spring except it is much firmer and provides great support for the mattress.

4. Is a cover included with this mattress?

Yes, you recieve one protective cover with your memory foam mattress. The cover is deisgned to keep your mattress clean and your body cool. A zipper goes around the side of the cover for easy removal. The cover can be machine washed on a delicate cycle.

5. How long witll it take for my mattress to be delivered?

Every mattress that we sell is manufactured to order. Usually we are able to complete delivery within 3 - 7 days of your order. During certain seasons delivery may take longer. We guarantee that your mattress will be delivered within 12 business days at the very latest.

Shipping terms:

Standard shipping via FEDEX home delivery. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 - 6 business days from the time of order. A tracking number will be available once your mattress has shipped.

20 Year Warranty:

Every one of our mattresses is protected by a 20 year manufacturers warranty. The first 10 years of the warranty are full coverage and you will be issued a new mattress free of charge. Years 11 - 15 are pro-rated at 40% for a replacement bed and then 65% for a replacement bed during years 16 - 20
