In the rare case that the item is not functioning properly, the manufacturer will provide warranty on it for one year from the date of purchase. All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. A warranty card and customer service contact are included in the package. Please note that the machine is for domestic use.

Return Policy:

You may request a return of the item sold by e-fortune within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
