We ship via FedEx exclusively at the Buyer's expense and offer a wide array of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping charge is based on the shipping service you select, the destination of your shipment, and the item(s) you purchased.  FedEx requires a physical address to deliver your order and cannot deliver to a PO Box, or an APO/FPO address.  Below is a description of each service.

If your payment clears before 4PM ET, then your order will ship from our West Coast warehouse the same day, with the exception of Ground Economy which may ship the next business day.  Shipping days do NOT include weekends or holidays.

COMBINED SHIPPING RATES ... We offer shipping savings when purchasing multiple items (oversized items are excluded). To view these rates refer to our Domestic Shipping Rates or International Shipping Rates.

INSURANCE ... We offer optional insurance protecting your shipment against loss or damage for a nominal fee. The insurance is optional, however for your protection we strongly recommend it.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ... You may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are collected at the time of delivery. We strongly encourage you to read the International Duties & Taxes section of this listing before bidding or purchasing an item.

We ship to select countries through the world via FedEx International Services.  Please see the approved country list below to ensure we ship to your country prior to placing a bid.

We require payment within 7 calendar days. If your item remains unpaid for 10 calendar days, we reserve the right to void the sale, re-enter the product back into inventory, and file with eBay to recoup our eBay fees. Sorry, but we need to get paid timely!

International customers paying via credit card directly: For your protection and ours, we manually review all international orders prior to finalizing your payment, and you may initially receive a credit card declination notice. This review process occurs within 1 business day of you placing your order. We will contact you via email after your payment has cleared. Please do not process your payment multiple times in effort to get your payment through!

We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied.

When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we will refund your original purchase price less a $10 handling fee & the original shipping charge. We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 5 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt.

Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

All returns require return authorization.
Email us for an RA Number before returning an item.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
