Application

All of the motors we sell meet the manufacturers' specifications as listed.  As there are many motors custom-built specifically for a given application, there is no guarantee that a particular motor will work in your particular application.  We can offer assistance in selecting the proper motor for your application if needed, and are happy to do so.  Please email us with any questions prior to purchasing a motor at sales@electricmotorsite.com.

Warranty

This motor listed for sale is NEW and carries a 1 year from date of sale manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.  This warranty does not cover damage due to improper application or installation, shipping damages, or other problems not due to manufacturing.  Your original invoice will be required for obtaining warranty service.  We will be happy to process warranty claims, however, all shipping to and from us will be your responsibility.  Most manufacturers have a warranty service network, and may have a warranty station nearer to you than us.  We will assist you in the unlikely event that a warranty repair is required.  Most EASA shops can process warranty claims for most motor manufacturers.

Shipping Policies

Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment using UPS and to a valid street address only.  We will combine shipments where feasible, if making additional purchases please wait for us to send an invoice before sending payment.  We will adjust shipping charges for the combined total.

All UPS shipping charges are based on shipment from our warehouse, FOB Tomah, WI.  We currently DO NOT ship outside the United States.  Shipping weights as listed are for calculation of shipping charges.  Your purchased item may not be exactly the weight listed.

Please inspect all packages upon receipt for hidden damages.  Freight damage is not covered under the factory warranty.  All items shipped by UPS are insured for their full sales price.

Return Policy

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned, non-defective items.  Any product to be returned must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Any item returned without an RMA will not be issued a credit.  A copy of your original invoice as packed with the shipment must be returned with the shipment.  Any item that is returned must be in the original packaging, undamaged and in new condition or credit will not be issued.  All shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

Motors that have been modified in any way, including cutting shafts, studs, throughbolts, marks from set screws, bolts, or any other markings not attributable to normal handling cannot be returned as they cannot be resold as new.
