International customers paying via credit card directly: For your protection and ours, we manually review all international orders prior to finalizing your payment, and you may initially receive a credit card declination notice. This review process occurs within 1 business day of you placing your order. We will contact you via email after your payment has cleared. Please do not process your payment multiple times in effort to get your payment through!

We ship via FedEx exclusively at the Buyer's expense and offer a wide array of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping charge is based on the shipping service you select, the destination of your shipment, and the item(s) you purchased.  FedEx requires a physical address to deliver your order and cannot deliver to a PO Box, or an APO/FPO address.  Below is a description of each service.

Shipping Options & Rates

If your payment clears before 4PM ET, then your order will ship from our West Coast warehouse the same day, with the exception of Ground Economy which may ship the next business day.  Shipping days do NOT include weekends or holidays.

Shipping of multiple items ... We offer savings on shipping when purchasing multiple items (oversized items are excluded). To view these rates refer to our Domestic Shipping Rate tables or International Shipping Rate tables.

Insurance ... We offer optional insurance protecting your shipment against loss or damage for a nominal fee. The insurance is optional, however for your protection we strongly recommend it.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ... You may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are collected at the time of delivery. We strongly encourage you to read the International Duties & Taxes section of this listing before bidding or purchasing an item.

• CANADA
  We ship via FedEx which offers 3 - 5 day service throughout Canada.  FedEx will collect any duties and taxes owed as a result of the import at the time of delivery.

  We ship to SELECT countries via FedEx who offers cost effective 3-5 day service throughout the world.  Please see the Approved Country List below to ensure we ship to your country.    FedEx will collect any duties and taxes owed as a result of the import at the time of delivery.

When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we will refund your original purchase price less a $10 handling fee & the original shipping charge. We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 5 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt.

Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

All returns require return authorization.
Email us for an RA Number before returning an item.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.

SALES TAX ... We have offices located in both Massachusetts & California and by State law are required to collect the following tax:

• 5.00% sales tax to shipments destined to Massachusetts
• 7.75% sales tax to shipments destined to California

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES ... International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes and/or brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the Buyer and are collected at the time of delivery.

Your charge from GolfEtail includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance and/or brokerage fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
