Shipping is $39 in the contiguous 48 States. UPS cannot ship to PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska may be possible for an additional fee. Please email service@RoadBikeOutlet.com with the auction # and shipping address, we'll provide a quote if we can ship the item to you. Bikes are shipped in factory direct containers and are 95% assembled. You will need to re-attach handlebar, front wheel (quick release), seat (quick release) and check/adjust all cables and components. If you have any questions please contact our bike service dept. at 866-545-5759 x803. We ship each day at 11AM M-F. All orders placed by 10AM will ship Same Day, orders placed after 10AM will ship next day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Damage
If there is damage to the bike box please do not refuse the package. The bikes are packed well and are normally fine even if the box looks a bit "rough". If there is an issue with the bike give us a call 866-545-5759 or send us an email (service@RoadBikeOutlet.com) - we're here to help and we'll take care of it for you.

30 Day Return Policy
You may return the bike for any reason for 30 days. A 15% restocking fee is assessed for any bike returned in "used" condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Shipping Cost (Bikes incur oversize shipping charges. UPS published retail rates are $50-$90 to ship bikes)
