Shipping is $39 in the contiguous 48 States. UPS cannot ship to PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska may be possible for an additional fee. Please email service@roadbikeoutlet.com with the auction # and shipping address, we'll provide a quote if we can ship the item to you. The C1 is shipped in a factory direct container and is 95% assembled. You will need to re-attach handlebar (1 bolt), front wheel (quick release), seat (quick release) and check and adjust (tune) all components. If you are not familiar with bike components we suggest you take it to a bike shop for assembly. If you have any questions please contact our bike service dept. at 866-545-5759 x803. We ship each day at 11AM M-F. All orders placed by 10AM will ship Same Day, orders placed after 10AM will ship next day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Damage
If your bike arrives and there is visible damage to the box please Refuse Delivery, UPS will return the item to us and we will file a shipping claim. A replacement bike will be sent to you.

30 Day Return Policy
You may return the bike for any reason for 30 days. A 15% restocking fee is assessed for any bike returned in "used" condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
