Wearable items are not covered under warranty. Wearable items include, but are not limited to; cutting blades, rubber belts, rubber rollers and fuses. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. PRODUCT SUPPORT

We offer basic phone support which only includes help to cut out text with the software that is included with this plotter. The software is called Flexi. We do not support images or do any further support on this item. Everything you need to get started including the product manual and USB install instructions are included below.

This Plotter DOES NOT work on windows XP PRO or windows Vista 64 bit.
It does work on all other windows version but we only give tech support on Windows XP Home. If you have something besides XP Home then we cannot give any tech support.
