This is a new gig bag or soft padded case for a 3/4 size upright string double bass (not guitar). This is a padded black bag about 1/4 inch thick. It has a long pocket for a bass bow on the front that has a velcro-style closure. There is also a large zippered pocket for rosin or other supplies. On the back is a very large zippered pocket that could easily hold sheet music. There are two zippers to close the bag, and both work smoothly. They are 2 zippers on each side designed to zip down from the top so that the bass endpin can fit in the space between them. There are two pieces of material to tie about the bass' neck to hold the bag secure around the neck. It has 2 handles on each side of the zipper which is well reinforced. It will retail for about $129.
