Please noted the reason and the ebay item number of the returning product on the email.
Unauthorized return products (no RMA number ON THE OUTSIDE BOX) will be refused.
RMA number is valid for 14 days after the date of issue. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise within that period. No returns will be accepted beyond that period.
