+ The more costly pubic shavers made by Bodworx and the self styled Ultimate Personal shaver, use an old style "C" cell battery or AA batteries which is in no way comparable to a rechargeable shaver - very expensive on batteries too. They are also smaller than the Hair eRazor and are thus more time consuming and do not have durable titanium blades. Neither can claim to have any "green" eco-friendly attributes as the Hair eRazor most certainly does. No 30 day satisfaction guarantee either. How does the Hair eRazor work so well?

The convex micro thin foil with extra sharp titanium cutters is not flat like many others. It has diamond shaped holes large enough to let hairs through but small enough to keep the cutters away from your skin. The real secret is a scientific term called "hysteresis" which simply means that one blade cuts the hair shaft and while doing this, it gently lifts the hair into position for a second and third cutting of the subsequent cutters, which revolve at lightning fast speed, before the hair has a chance to retract into the hair follicle.
