The instrument should rest such that the upper rim of the cello body rests
on the sternum (breast bone), and the left knee contacts the curve below
the lower bout corner. The C string peg (for the thickest string) should
be near the left ear, with the neck a few inches away from the shoulder,
and the left hand able to reach both ends of the fingerboard with

We guarantee that all our items are as described and 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If a refund is desired, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must return the package in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. After the merchandise arrives in its original condition, we will refund you the item price less shipping and handling. All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival
Damage upon arrival: If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
Discrepancies: If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.
