Shipping and Tax: How much is shipping ? Please utilize the eBay calculator to get an estimate of your shipping cost for this item at checkout. Please note that all ground orders are shipped via Fedex. Therefore, in many cases your actual shipping cost at checkout may be lower than what eBay quotes you.

Do you combine shipping? Yes. After purchase of your item, please click the instant checkout button and follow our checkout process to ensure prompt handling of your order. Combined shipping will automatically be factored in at the shopping cart page.

How soon do you ship? We prepare our orders and try very hard to ship out within 1-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please also keep in mind that we are located in CA. It can take up to 5-6 business days for Fedex to reach the East Coast from ship date. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option of a full refund if you do not wish to wait.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? We proudly ship APO/FPO. We are a military family and proudly ship APO to fellow military families whenever we can. Please contact us first for a shipping quote and confirmation that item is available for APO/FPO. For APO/FPO we will ship via USPS Priority at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes? Orders over 2LBS are shipped via Fedex Ground. They do not ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box as your checkout address, the calculator will automatically default to USPS Priority

Why don't you ship to Canada or other international destinations? Our sincere apologies to other international buyers, at this time we do NOT ship outside the United States. If you are an international buyer but have a U.S. delivery address you can confirm, feel free to email us and we can remove the automated block if item is being shipped within the U.S.

I'm in Southern California too. Can I pick the item up to save on shipping? For wholesale quantity orders exceeding $100, we will work with you to arrange a time that is convenient for local pick up to save you on shipping and allow for flexibility if you're in need of the item in a hurry. Please email us first to confirm as local pick up is available on a per order basis and time and day needs to be arranged and agreed upon.

Payment Policy: 

What forms of payment do you accept and how do I pay? Our eBay store is integrated with the Zoovy checkout system. After winning an auction or clicking Buy It Now, you will be directed to our Zoovy checkout cart which will automatically combine shipping for those with multiple auction wins or items purchased. You will also have a choice of paying securely with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal. To ensure correct processing of your order, please utilize the checkout system by looking out for a follow up email from us with link to checkout -- there will be a link to your shopping cart page in that email. It allows you to checkout with combined shipping automatically applied to save you the time and hassle of having to email back and forth for a revised invoice. How much is shipping? Shipping cost is based on weight of item and your distance from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Please use the eBay shipping calculator to determine an estimate of your shipping cost at checkout. Please note that most of our ground orders are shipped via Fedex.

Do you combine shipping? Yes, if you purchase more than 1 item or quantity, combined shipping is automatically calculated via our checkout system based on total weight of order and your ship to zip code.

I'm having trouble paying via your checkout system. What can I do? If for some reason you run into trouble paying via our instant checkout, you can log into your Paypal account, click the Send Money tab and send the total including shipping to our Paypal email at payment@theoverstockedkitchen.com

Do you charge sales tax? Orders shipped within CA are subject to an 8.25% sales tax which will automatically be factored in at checkout.

How much time do I have to pay? Payment is due within 7 days of auction end or Buy It Now purchase. We will file an NPB dispute after 7 days of non-payment to recover our fees and reserve the right to relist the item. We reserve the right to cancel the auctions and block buyers with questionable purchase practices and history of non-payment or abuse of eBay rules.

Items not meeting your expectations must be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price less 15% restocking fee. Please email us first for a return authorization number that needs to be noted on the outside of the package. Returned items received back without a return authorization number will not be processed. Items must be returned in their original cartons, via UPS, Fedex or USPS insured; include your packing slip and the reason for the return. Returned merchandise must be in new and saleable condition. Shipping and return postage are not refundable.
