Shipping:
Despatch...
Our posting days are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. To guarantee purchased items are sent next despatch day, payment must be received by 7:00pm prior to the day of despatch (e.g. for items to be despatched by Friday payment must be received by 7:00pm Thursday).
UK Orders…
Orders under £10 will be sent First Class using Royal Mail.
Orders between £10 and £36 will be sent First Class using Royal Mail Signed For.
Orders over £36 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day or by 48 hour courier if the weight of the order exceeds 2 kg.
International Orders…
Orders under £10 will be sent Air Mail using Royal Mail.
Orders between £10 and £36 will be sent Air Mail using Royal Mail International Signed For.
Orders over £36 will be sent via Air Mail using Royal Mail international Signed for.
Terms:
We want you to be happy with your purchase which is why we offer a returns policy. Returns are accepted for items for up to 14 days but please contact us first before returning them and keep any original packing materials (other than those used to post/ship item) in tact and un-removed. Faulty or damaged goods can be replaced or refunded depending on your needs.
Once we have received returned items and providing they are in a satisfactory condition we will refund original payment. This includes the original sale price and postage costs for sending the item(s) to you. Please be aware that any postage costs for returning items back to us, which are not damaged, faulty or in some way different from those advertised, are to be met at your own expense and will not be refunded to you. If however you have received the wrong item, or if it is damaged, faulty, or in some way different from that advertised, then any reasonable costs for returning items will be refunded in full.
Items dispatched to countries outside of the Europian Union are sold on the assumption they are not intended for commercial use, and are therefore labeled as non-commercial items for customs purposes. It is the responsability for any buyers outside the E.U. to pay any import tax and to inform Bendables if any purchases are intended for commercial use so customs declarations can be ammended appropriately.

Datasheets are available on request when required information exceeds that stated in listing.
