The scales weighing feature allow you to weigh your items in 4 different modes. What this means is that you can weight your items in Gram, Ounce, Carats, and Grains. Such a unique feature is a must for any professional scale!

Tare & Auto-Calibration

The tare feature allows you to place a tray or bowl, zero out that tray, and then place the object you wish. This feature will allow you to get the exact weight of the object you are weighing without having to weigh the tray/bowl first and then adding the object and calculating the weight. The Auto-Calibration feature will allow the user to re-calibrate the scale simply by placing the proper weight on to the scale, this feature is a must for any professional user.

Shipping
All items are dispatched from our North America (U.S.) based warehouse. Once payment is received then your goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days. It takes 4-10 business days to receive the item purchased. Please keep in mind that you may experience some shipping delays, although rare it may occur, if this happens the delivery of your item should not take more then 15 business days. Please exclude weekend and holidays on all shipping. All merchandise is pre-stocked in our warehouse, so no shipping delays on our part. Warranty / Returns
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all scales. Simply return the scale to us within 14 days of purchase and a full refund will be provided. We do not like to see our customers unhappy, so we offer a full refund including shipping & handling and insurance cost. We only ask that you pay the return postage. We are not to be held liable for return postage! When returning an item, please include the eBay item#, your email address, and the address you wish your replacement or refund to go.

Payment
We accept payment via Visa/MasterCard, Papal, and Money Orders. All other methods of payment will be refused! Once payment is received then your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery takes 4-10 business days (see shipping policy above).
