We ship using DHL ground services or freight we do not ship by any other method. We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause. Items leave our warehouse around 1 business day upon receiving payment. Once shipped, items take 2-5 business days to arrive at the destination point.

We cannot ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. No Alaska or Hawaii sorry folks. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

We cannot ship with third party tags. ie: your fedex/ups account We cannot ship to apo/fpo address at this time. If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it from the ground service and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. What is your Return Policy?
We do not accept returns unless the items was not as described. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so that we may issue you a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

What is your Feedback Policy?
