This two piece Rumba outfit is truly precious. The Rumba
top is made of jersey stretch 100% cotton fabric combined with three layers
of chiffon silky ruffles. The ruffles are neatly edged in delicate solid
stitching. The Rumba pants are also jersey stretch for easy fit at
the elastic waist, with the matching chiffon silky fabric once again in
three adorable ruffles down the leg. This two piece outfit is designed and
manufactured by JE Designs, and sold exclusively in Boutiques. This
outfit normally retails for over $80.00.
