We charge 9.75% Sales Tax for items shipped to California,USA

• We only ship to Canada and USA (except for Puerto Rico and Guam).
• Local pickup is not available.
• Please provide the full shipping address, we will ship to your paypal confirm address if you haven't contact us when we recieve your payment.
• Items are generally shipped out the next business day from California. USA after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded).
• Shipment Information will be emailed to buyer once it is shipped.
• Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

• If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping  

  USA
• All of our products are shipped by First Class mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground based on the weight, value of the package and delivery address. PO Box addresses can only be shipped by US Mail.
• Approximate transport time is 2 to 6 days depending on location.
• The shipping cost for Alaska and Hawaii is CAD $36.00(UPS 2nd Day Air) per battery.

   

  Canada
• Canadian orders will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.
• No tracking information is available when shipping packages by First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International.
• Package transit time normally takes some 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and various customs clearance as well as factors other than Postal Service's control.
• The shipping cost of Canada does not include local taxes- PST, GST and HST

• PayPal payment is preferred.

• If a product is returned to us after it has been in use for over 9 months, we may, at our discretion, exercise an option to refund a portion of the purchase price proportional to the remainder of the warranty period.
• For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.
• Product 's unit price will be refunded for any defective, damaged items ,and full refund will be allowed for any misrepresented items within 15 days of purchase, if your return is for refund only. Refund will be charged 25% as handling fee after 15 days of purchase, if the product was defective or damaged and return is for refund only.
• Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
• For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
