The Dress forms carries a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees the unit to be free of manufacturer defect. In the event that the unit has a manufacturer defect, Yamata will offer 90 days parts and 1 year labor.

Return Policy:

You may request a return of the item sold by e-fortune within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. The returned items must be insured and use a trackable shipping method in case of loss and damage during shipping. The buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
