Stated shipping applies to the 48 continental US, request quote for Hawaii, Alaska, PR or APO/FPO. Colorado warehouse orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS. West Coast warehouse orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and are shipped within 3 business days, UPS Ground and may take up to 10+ business days to receive depending on your location-possibly more during peak shipping times. Stated shipping rates are fixed and not negotiable. Please feel free to request an expedited shipping quote.

We will combine shipping (unless otherwise noted) if your auctions end within 24 hours of each other AND from the same warehouse AND you make a SINGLE checkout payment for all items.  Your checkout will automatically apply your discount.

* We accept PayPal only. Absolutely NO checks of any kind, please don't ask! Please make your payment within seven (7) days after the end of the auction. If we have not received your payment by the seventh day-the item will be relisted, future bids blocked, negative feedback left and reported to eBay for non-payment.
* GENTLY USED ITEMS: are sold in "AS-IS" condition and thoroughly described in each listing. Books are rated fair, good, very good or like new.  Please remember that most of our books are used and may have shelf wear, writing, highlighting, page folds, finger prints or price tags. We do our best to detail any notable conditions. Price stickers may not be removed to avoid damage to the book. Most book shipments use USPS Media Mail. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended as there are no refunds or reships for items not insured.
* WHOLESALE ITEMS: are new and usually shipped UPS Ground from the West Coast warehouse. Insurance is included on these shipments.  Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at seller's discretion, but you must report it to MomsCrazyIdeas within 72 hours of receiving your item(s). At the time of this listing, items are in stock and ready to ship.
* RETURN POLICY: Non defective returns are accepted within 30 days, shipping both ways at buyer's cost. Request instructions. Refunds will be made via PayPal only for merchandise value (no shipping) less 25% restocking fee (minimum $1.00).  All merchandise must be returned in original packaging and condition.
