DESCRIPTION: These are NEW pistol grip air shears that will be shipped in the original package. The item may vary slightly from the picture. They are commonly used in the aviation field to cut sheet metal for aircraft repair or fabrication. The automotive field uses them to make patch panels for rust repair. The H.V.A.C. field uses them to cut heating and air conditioning ducts in seconds. I have an example below of just what this tool can do! I cut that piece of sheet metal in just 3 seconds!!! Try and cut and make an 8" cut in sheet metal with any other tool in that amount of time! It is ideal for cutting and trimming on tin, plastic, aluminum, and steel up to 18 gauge.
