Warranty

All products are covered by Audio-Club's warranty.

All products are fully covered by Audio-Club's warranty, for the full period of time stated on the item's description.
All defective products will be covered under warranty except the following:
- Physical Damage
- Water Damage
- Abuse, Accident, Misuse or Faulty Installation (Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse unless accompanied by a receipt from professional installer)
- Burnt voice coils
- Subwoofer enclosures are not covered by Audio-Club's warranty
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for defective items (Shipping the product to and from Audio-Club).
All DOA must be reported to Audio-Club through email or phone within 48-hours after receivng the product.

Return Policy and Procedure

Return for Warranty

Upon receipt of your item together with the completed copy of this form, we will request for warranty and forward the defective item to our vendor. Depending on the make and model of the defective unit, the whole process can take up to 8 weeks. The warranty can either be repair or exchange with the same product.

Return for Refund / Store Credit

All products that are being returned for Refund or Store Credit are accompanied by a MINIMUM 20% Restocking Fee. The item must be in BRAND NEW Condition. No components missing (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request. Store credit could be used towards purchase of any products of Audio-Club.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds or store credits will be computed based on the unit cost. Products purchased with “Free Shipping” will have the UPS Rate deducted from their refund.

Return Procedure

Please send your RMA request to returns@audioclubonline.com or call 1-213-748-0080.

Upon issuance of the RMA, you will have 30 days to ship the item for your warranty or return request. Write the RMA number outside of the shipping box to where it is visible upon arrival. Any box without a visible RMA may result in refusal by our receiving department. Put the completed RMA FORM inside the box with your item. Any returned item without the completed form will result in delay in processing your request. Please send the item back to us in a standard shipping box with insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items during shipment of the package.

We offer a full one-year warranty on new items for any manufacturers defects, and 90 days for any refurbished item. Damaged items must be reported to us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours, and an RMA number will be issued. When returning an item for warranty, please make sure to send the item in its original packaging with all the packaging material. NOTE: Write the RMA number on top of the box. Please make sure to keep all the tracking information until item has been successfully warranted. We will not warrant any item that is physically damaged. We will not consider any installed item as a Damage On Arrival item! (DOA) Please allow us up to 14 days from the day we received the DOA item to process the warranty. DOA products will be replaced with the same item ONLY, provided that particular item is still available and in stock. Damaged products are subject to repair or replacement subject to Audio-Club?s discretion. No refunds, sorry.
