The Alvarez Yairi ADY1 Ani DiFranco signature guitar has an extra-deep mahogany body with a Canadian cedar top. Includes Alvarez System 600T MKII electronics. What really sets it apart are the one-of-a-kind cosmetics: the gold-colored top is complimented by a gray pickguard suited to DiFranco's advanced playing technique.

Alvarez gold tuning machines provide smooth, fast and accurate tuning. The soundhold on the ADY1 is left unadorned, contributing to the guitar's futuristic styling and clean lines. Highly polished, perfectly dressed frets ensure maximum playability, even in the highest playing positions. Alvarez's patented Direct-Coupled™ bridge ensures maximum transfer of string energy to the guitar's solid top. Individual saddles ensure balanced string response and superb articulation.

The solid cedar top produces exceptionally brilliant tone with tremendous sustain, clarity, and tightly focused bass. Couple this with the solid mahogany back and sides and you get lush, full-bodied tone with amazing projection.

The Alvarez System 600TMK II Preamp/EQ is designed to offer the finest acoustic guitar tone reproduction available.
