This standard size 25mm flange is the same flange (now BPA FREE) that came with the HygieniKit Milk Collection System.  The original polycarbonate flange has been DISCONTINUED and is no longer available.  It can be used with the Purely Yours, Elite, and Lansinoh breast pumps.  This flange will accommodate the one-handed manual pump adapter.  

 

If this picture looks similar to your breast pumping sessions, your flanges are TOO SMALL/ TOO TIGHT.  

A tight fit squeezes the milk ducts and slows milk flow. Rubbing may cause pain, and friction, which can lead to very sore breast long after you have finished pumping.  For better flow, less constriction, and a better fit, you should consider purchasing a pair of Ameda CUSTOM FLANGES with reducing inserts or a pair of Pumpin' Pal Super Shields.

When you can see room around the nipple as it is being drawn down into the nipple tunnel as shown in this picture, this indicates a GOOD FIT.   

However, if pumping is still giving you problems, your flange could be too large and you should possibly consider a pair of REDUCING INSERTS or FLEXISHIELD Areola Stimulators.
