Payment and Shipping Terms

NOTE: As of 12/15/2006 I will not ship machines to Canada by default. The costs of providing service and support accross borders is very expensive. Anyone who wants to purchase from Canada will need to notify me by special request. For all Canada orders, please provide me with your phone number and full shipping address in your request. I cannot ship internationally without a phone number.

I accept the following forms of payment, Paypal payments via credit card or bank accounts, Checks, and Money Orders. I prefer checking account payments via Paypal. Checks will have to be held for 10 business days and cleared before item is shipped. Please do not pay via check unless absolutely necessary. Items paid for by check will take much longer to ship since they have to be cleared. Item will ship within 24-48 hours of recieved or cleared payment. Our shipping cut off time is 12:00 PM CST every business day. Payment must be recieved within 7 business days of purchase, or I need to at least be contacted regarding payment if you need additional time. If none of these conditions are met, I will assume non-paying bidder status and negative feedback will be left.

Shipping weight for this item is 75 lbs. The quoted rates all include insurance. I will ship to the Continental U.S, Hawaii, and Alaska. If different shipping methods other than the ones listed below are wanted/needed, or if the shipping calculator does not work for you, please email me. The buyer will pay all the necessary shipping costs for the method chosen. All requests for non-listed shipping methods need to be emailed to me before the item is purchased. I will send a new invoice reflecting the actual costs of shipping.

If paying via Paypal, I will only ship to PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESSES. Please make sure you provide a confirmed address as to avoid delays in shipping. If the item absolutely needs to be shipped to an unconfirmed address, I will need to be notified before payment. This measure is in place to prevent fraud and unecessary delays. All prices are denominated in US dollars unless otherwise noted. 

Return and Warranty Policy

Since I only ship factory sealed items, I cannot personally inspect every single machine that I ship. If your item proves to be defective upon arrival, or you have a complaint regarding your purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly for an exchange. They offer excellent service and fully cover the machines that I sell. To aid you in this process, their contact information appears below. 

If you prefer, I offer a full, no questions asked refund, minus all shipping charges incurred by the buyer. The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price minus the original shipping fees. (I.E. if you pay 399 dollars for an item, and 50 dollars worth of shipping originally for a grand total of 449, the refund amount you will receive will be 399 dollars, not 449). All shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception to this rule is if there was a mistake made on my part regarding your order.

Please email me first if you would like a refund and I can determine the best course of action. I do not charge any restocking fees. You must send back everything you received in the same condition, this includes ALL ACCESSORIES, manuals, etc. If I do not receive everything that was originally sent, the cost of the missing item(s) will be deducted from the final refund. I reserve the right to inspect the returned package for completeness before issuing a refund

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. All items must first be shipped back to me within 7 business days of the refund request before a refund is issued. Refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours after I receive the item back. A business day is defined as M-F, 9AM to 5:30PM CST.
