All Returns must be Authorized. Accepted AUTHORIZED returns must be received at our location within 7 days of the delivery date, in NEW & UNUSED condition. The Buyer is responsible for returning the product in NEW, RESALEABLE condition. It MUST arrive UNUSED in it's original packaging, complete with ALL accessories & user manuals, warranty documentation etc. If ANY original parts, accessories, documentation, packaging etc are used, damaged or missing a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged, no exceptions.

 

We will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs ( Factory seconds/4th quality Model Skeletons, Skulls etc unfortunately are not accepted for returns. All sales are final for these items).

 

Please email us for the RMA # and further instructions BEFORE returning your item. The returning item must be fully INSURED to prevent loss or damage. The BUYER is responsible for the costs of shipping and insuring the returning item, and  if applicable the cost of shipping the exchanged item. We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. All items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
