If you get your item and there is a problem you need to let us know before you leave feedback.  We are willing to work with you to fix any problem but once you leave feedback we consider the matter closed, and action will not be taken.  Communication is the key to fixing any problem not negative feedback left in haste.  You also need to allow time for your item to get to you before you leave feedback.

Once your item is mail we are not responsible for it UNLESS you have insurance on it.  Insurance can ONLY be used on Priority Mail both domestic and international.
