When or how am I
notified of my shipment?
When we ship an item, you will automatically
receive an email message to the email address that you provided in
checkout. It is very important that we get an email
address that we can communicate with you.
When does our
product ship?
Smaller items normally ship within 24 hours. Larger items
normally ship within 48 hours. We do not ship on the weekend.
Do you ship over
seas?
Yes we ship to almost all countries of the world. We have our
products on every continent of the world (Yes that includes
Antarctica!)
How long is the
warranty?
All our items ship with a 7 day warranty against DOA (Dead on Arrival)
All our systems (Notebooks, Desktops, and Towers) are eligible for
an optional 1 to 2 year warranty from SquareTrade.com
How do I obtain a SquareTrade warranty?
To obtain a quote or the warranty itself please go to SquareTrade.com
were you can fill in the estimated cost of the unit and they will give
you a Quote or sell you the warranty.
Is there a password
on my computer?
We do
not set a password on any computer that we ship out. We leave
that to you so that you can customize your computer.
What do I do if the
computer is asking for a password?
Since we do not set a password simply click on
OK or Continue. Your changes will then be able to take place.
