Return Policy
We do accept exchanges and returns. Obviously, if we have made a mistake in your order, we will ask you to return at OUR expense, and make it right with you. If however, it simply does not fit, or you change your mind, you may also return the item, but at your expense. However, because our stock is mostly taken from clearance and outlet sources, we cannot promise that we will have the size you might want to exchange. If we do not, we will refund the price for which you bought the item. If we do have what you need, we would be happy to exchange for the size you need. Of course, your item must be returned in the original condition, with original tags and in the original box (if it is a footwear product). There must be no signs of wear.
