1)       Buyer may pay for on-line auction with PayPal or by money order.

2)       The shipping charges are stated in the description of the auction and ebay checkout area.   Items are shipped within the 48 continental United States. If you are outside of the 48 continental United States, DO NOT place a bid. If you win an item and you are outside of the 48 continental United States, you will be refused the sale of that item in addition to being placed on the Blocked Bidders list on all of our auctions.  AGAIN, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.  SO, PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

3)       We only ship to a street address and cannot ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO

4)      Please be sure that all of your questions are answered before you place a bid or use the “buy it now” feature.  REMEMBER:  YOUR BID IS YOUR CONTRACT!

5)      Check-out for auctions is required within 10 calendar days of auction end unless otherwise stated.  Failure to respond or check out within the 10 calendar day period may result in a non-paying bidder notification being sent to eBay as well as negative feedback, which is ALWAYS our last resort.

6)      Please be sure that this item will meet your needs before you bid, as all sales are considered final.  We guarantee the item to be delivered as indicated in the listing.  The condition of the packaging or the box that the item arrives in does not reflect our item description.

7)      We do not and can not offer warranties on any products that we sell unless otherwise stated in the product description. Sometimes boxes or packaging will have warranty information printed on it; that warranty information is not valid. Pamphlets or user guides within an item's box or packaging that offers or states a warranty is also not valid.

8)      OUR HONESTY POLICY - We have implemented an honesty policy on each and every auction that we post. We are dedicated to communicating, on each and every auction, every KNOWN detail about the item including defects, damage, whether new or used, item condition, missing parts, etc.  If we fail to communicate something pertinent about the item, it is only because of an honest mistake, not intentional. This is OUR HONESTY POLICY. Our items are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated.

9)  FEEDBACK:  Due to high customer volume, we always leave feedback for our transactions within 30 days and would appreciate the same from our buyers.  In general, feedback will not be left by us until we have assured a completely satisfactory transaction with our buyer (even if it means an item return).  Buyer satisfaction is our number one concern!

10)  RETURNS:  If for any reason an item has to be returned to us from the buyer, please understand that the item will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.  If a refund is due to a buyer upon receipt of the item back to us (the seller), then the buyer will be refunded the purchase price plus initial shipping amount for that item unless otherwise agreed upon mutually by us (the seller) and the buyer.

11)  SHIPPING:  All of our items will be shipped via USPS or FEDEX Ground unless otherwise noted.  Shipping insurance will be included unless otherwise noted.  We generally ship items within 3 business day after getting payment.  If you mail a Money Order Please Allow 7-10 Days for Us to Receive Payment!  Payments received on the weekend will ship on Monday or Tuesday depending on volume.  Tracking info is emailed directly from our shipper. 

12)  Please do not email us as to the status of your purchase until a reasonable amount of time has passed and you still have not received it.  We are a high volume seller and already have to answer over 250 emails daily.

13)  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We are not liable for any claims in excess of the auction sale value of the item purchased, including any liability for products not being available for use.  We will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.  Our sole liability for any claims, whether based in contract or tort, at law or in equity, for any loss or damages arising, resulting from, or connected with the products and this agreement shall be limited to the lesser of the actual amount of such loss or damages or the purchase price paid by customer for the products that are the subject of the claim.
