Question: When can I expect my order to arrive?

Answer: We guarantee your item will be shipped out the next business day at the latest.  Shipments within the U.S. normally take 1-5 business days, not including the day it was shipped.  For example, a ground shipment shipped on Monday that takes 2 business days in transit will arrive on Wednesday.

Question: What is the tracking number for my shipment?

Answer: Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the same evening as your shipment date.  Please be patient, as we are located on the west coast.  If you do not receive your tracking number by the next day, please be sure to check all email addresses you may have, including all spam folders.

Question: Do you allow local pickup?

Answer: We do apologize, but we do not currently offer a local pickup service.

Question: How do I return an item?

Answer: All items that want to be returned need a return authorization (RA) number.  Please email us to obtain this number, along with instructions for your merchandise return.

Question: How long do I have to pay for an item?

Answer: We normally expect payment within 7 business days.  Of course, you can always email us with any special circumstances.  We are very understanding.
