ASTER has been designing and making designer quality shoes in Depuis, France since 1913.  

ITEM DESCRIPTION: Brand new ASTER VECCHIO Patent Leather Slip-on Penny Loafers in Navy Blue/Black.  Designed in FRANCE, these Loafers are of the highest quality construction along with European style that sets them above the rest.  With thick non-skid rubber soles and substantial heels they also have cushion inner soles with extra arch support for little growing feet. 

These are INFANT/TODDLER Size 9.5 US / 8.5 UK / 27 EUR and measure 7 inches long (18 cm) x 2 3/4 inches (7 cm) wide measured on the bottom of shoe.
