My number one goal is to satisfy each customer and provide you with a wonderful shopping experience. Please take the time to review this listing and all of its content as it contains answers to questions you may have. I’ve spent many hours researching on eBay and other well known websites to ensure I you’re your transaction as smooth as possible. I have also purchased on eBay random items to gauge what I can do to make the buyers transaction a little easier.

BIDDING OR BUYING

If you have 0 feedback please do not bid on my items, however if you do have the intent of buying then you must first submit an e-mail with the request. I will then review the request and notify you via e-mail to proceed. Failing to do so can complicate the transaction. I, the seller reserve the right to cancel transaction if this requirement is not met.

FEEDBACK

Feedback will be left for all buyers who leave feedback. Upon leaving feedback I will also return the favor, I encourage the use of this to enhance the buyer/seller reputation. My number one goal is to have a happy customer, please before submitting negative feedback allow me a chance to make any corrections if need be. NPB (non-paying bidders) will NOT be tolerated, if you bid and win or “buy it now” and change your mind you will receive a strike, remember 3 and your out.

SHIPPING

I only ship within the US 50 states (including US territories) unless otherwise specified. Generally after 24hrs of payment being received I ship the item the following day and e-mail you shipping information. In some cases if you are in good standing with eBay and PayPal I will ship outside US and Canada, this will be dependent on your shipping address and you’re standing with eBay and PayPal.  ***This specific requirement is for special shipping requests outside US or Canada), If you have a US or Canada shipping address disregard the following. You must meet the following requirements have +25 feedback, have been an eBay member for at least 1 year, verified as PayPal member and have a confirmed shipping address. Prior to bidding if you meet the criteria I will ask that you send me a message on eBay with a letter of intent to bid or buy the item, I will then respond after I review your request.

SHIPPING CHARGES (BREAKDOWN)

In some cases I charge a flat shipping rate tracking is included with all purchases (available upon request via e-mail. Tape, packaging materials, and service handling fees are factored in to flat rate charges.  There are sometimes too many variables this is why I charge a flat rate. I would like to keep my shipping prices within reason however I cannot make everyone happy.

This table is an estimated time of arrival. I the seller cannot be held responsible for delays by the postal service. Please keep in mind this is only to help reference and give the buyer an idea of when the item will arrive. This also does not include holidays or Express shipping.

Returns

At this time listings are sold "as-is" NO returns and NO exchanges. Exceptions to the rule will be if I seller ship you the wrong phone. EXP: listing is for a Motorola RAZR V3 and I ship you an LG VX8100. If an issue like this occurs and it‘s found that I the seller made an error, then I will refund you 100% including the initial shipping cost however buyer is responsible for the return shipping. You must return the item exactly as it shipped to you and I must be notified within 72hrs of receiving the item (this will reflect on the tracking info when the item was shipped to you originally). You must ship the item back with all of the original contents received and include tracking information in an e-mail. After receiving and full inspection of the returned item I will post full refund via PayPal and or ship the correct item at no expense to the buyer (this is dependent on availability).

Payments

PayPal is the only method of payment I accept at this time. This protects you the buyer and me the seller. All other forms of payment will NOT be accepted. I request payments be made no later than 72 hours after listing ends, failing to do so can result in delayed shipping, and a strike will be issued if payment is not received. I, the seller reserve the right to cancel transaction if payment is not received within the 72hr listing or auction end.
